Steven
Instructor was great! (Ian). Location of training was difficult to get to and crazy expensive to park.

Thank you Steven. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your Google Analytics Training with Ian. We are sorry to hear of your difficulties with the parking in LA and will be sure to pass your feedback onto the events team and venue.

The training is top quality, seriously want to give the training 5 stars. The only reason I can't is just training date changes. I know it's hard to book and fill all classes but changing plans within 10 days was hard to me personally.

Hi Dylan, Thank you taking the time to leave us a review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed the training. We are sorry for the issues you experienced with a course reschedule due to low delegate numbers. Whilst we like to keep our class sizes small, we want to ensure the best possible learning environment, with discussions, hands on exercises and group activities and with only yourself in attendance this just wouldn't be possible. We appreciate you working with us to find another suitable course date and thank you for your understanding. All the best, Imparture

The training was very quick. There were people with different levels of knowledge. It might be a better idea to so the trainings for different levels of experience. Also, it just felt like the "students" knew more than the instructor at times. However, the scheduling process needs a lot of fixing. My training was reshceduled twice and I ended up not even going to the original city I had signed up for. Plus, they do not allow you to cancel your training. You either take an online class or go to a different city. As you can imagine this does not allow you to preplan your trip. Not good.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent training course with Imparture. We are surprised to hear the experience did not meet your expectations as your feedback form stated the course, trainer and venue were 10/10. Our public workshops are open to everyone and we recommend beginners to intermediate levels attend. This does mean our course content is designed to cater for a range of abilities and our trainers use the pre course skills assessments and delegate information to cater the training ahead of the course start date to meet the requirements of those in attendance. We keep the workshops small with between 4 - 14 in attendance to create an intimate learning environment and allow for open honest discussions between the trainer and delegates. We are very sorry that your initial course date was cancelled due to a lack of bookings. Whilst we like to keep our class sizes small we know your learning experience would be negatively affected if no one else was in attendance and the exercises and debates just wouldn't be the same! As your learning objectives were time sensitive, we were keen to offer you as many options as possible to ensure you were able to receive the training, and attending in another local city or online can often be a good alternative for delegates. On this occasion, Imparture booked and covered 2 nights in a 4 star hotel based on your preferences so that you were able to attend in another city in Texas. We were glad to be able to resolve this for you and ensure your learning objectives were met. All the best, Imparture

I took an intermediate level Google Analytics class and was very happy with the instructor, content and presentation. The class was geared towards what we needed and wanted to learn, which I think is a good approach when you have a room full of professionals who use the program as opposed to novices. I would definitely take an Imparture class again.

I attended the Digital Marketing Foundation course and the trainer was lovely, the course was good and got some useful tips. I didn't rate it 5 stars because the course got rescheduled twice due to the lack of people signing up to attend the course.
Adrienne
The trainer was great. I thought the communication leading up to was a little off and the facility and food on site definitely needed some work.
