Thank you for your feedback about your recent training course with Imparture. We are surprised to hear the experience did not meet your expectations as your feedback form stated the course, trainer and venue were 10/10. Our public workshops are open to everyone and we recommend beginners to intermediate levels attend. This does mean our course content is designed to cater for a range of abilities and our trainers use the pre course skills assessments and delegate information to cater the training ahead of the course start date to meet the requirements of those in attendance. We keep the workshops small with between 4 - 14 in attendance to create an intimate learning environment and allow for open honest discussions between the trainer and delegates. We are very sorry that your initial course date was cancelled due to a lack of bookings. Whilst we like to keep our class sizes small we know your learning experience would be negatively affected if no one else was in attendance and the exercises and debates just wouldn't be the same! As your learning objectives were time sensitive, we were keen to offer you as many options as possible to ensure you were able to receive the training, and attending in another local city or online can often be a good alternative for delegates. On this occasion, Imparture booked and covered 2 nights in a 4 star hotel based on your preferences so that you were able to attend in another city in Texas. Whilst we like to keep our class sizes small (between 4-14 delegates) we know your learning experience would be negatively affected if no one else was in attendance and the exercises and debates just wouldn't be the same! We are sorry to have disappointed you but are glad we were able to reschedule you onto another course date and that your learning objectives were met. Our pricing is based on serving business professionals within medium to large sized enterprises. That said, we always try and make the courses as accessible as possible offering discounts for charities, start-ups and self funders.
