ImpartureReviews of imparture.com

Excellent experience. Instructor was very engaging, personable and knowledgable and shared valuable information. Online conference format was easy and convenient.

Excellent trainer. Lots of excellent content to cover in the 2 days so felt rushed at times.

A really good course. Would highly recommend.

As an 'averse' user of FB & LinkedIn with no Twitter or Instagram experience, this course was a great overview of several social media outlets and also provided details of how to use each platform. Good information about how to plan and implement social media campaigns was also included.

A very substantive and informative workshop on the latest in digital marketing.

The immersive online courses by Imparture were very thorough and the instructor was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the courses offered by Imparture, as the information and knowledge gained from the sessions is invaluable and will surely help grow our business.

Great instructor, loved the small classroom size, appreciated the interaction with classmates on our real world digital marketing concerns.

I was looking for some training to improve my knowledge and understanding of social media, as well as to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in this area. Imparture's course was suggested by a colleague. I use social media daily in my role and am familiar with the principles. Therefore I was after a high standard of teaching beyond the basics. Jennifer was friendly and warm and the atmosphere on the course was good. She is very clued up and has years of experience, and was able to handle all questions well. I felt we covered an awful lot – though not too much! Even in those areas and on those techniques I already had a good knowledge of, her approach made me consider things in a new light. I felt things were explained clearly, and Jennifer made herself available for one-to-one during breaks and even after the course. Communication with Imparture was good before and after the course. Practical instruction about the venue and timings was good. I inquired about dietary requirements beforehand and received a prompt, helpful response. Afterwards, slides were emailed promptly which was useful. The venue was clean and modern, with good facilities (basic things like power were well-catered for). The food was nice and there was plenty in the way of refreshments. etc.venues staff were helpful. Overall, the course was just what I was looking for, with plenty to think about throughout. I feel equipped to deliver on what I have learned and doing the course has brought value to my organisation.
