This positive review is mainly for my coach Alex Le. He is really good and experienced at what he does. He is encouraging, attentive, keeps you accountable, which proves invaluable when life's challenges might hinder motivation. This created a supportive learning environment for me. His Q&A calls are also very insightful. Once you start your roleplays, you will be able to connect with other motivated individuals. The community of students are all very kind and helpful. However, for those serious about becoming a setter, I would advise thorough research beforehand. This is only the first part in the journey of becoming a setter. Much more hard work will be required of you.

My experience so far going through this course has been great. The community is kind and supportive through every step. My coach, Alex has been the best. He has been there every step of the way to answer my many questions and provide support, guidance, and encouragement that has made an impact in my journey here. The Q&As and 1x1 meetings are another bonus to add here. They provide in depth explanations to specific questions asked and really add an extra layer of knowledge on top of the easy to follow program. I’m excited to see where this takes me from here. What made my experience great: I appreciated the content we were able to learn through skool. The information was easy to grasp and follow through. The concept of practice assisted a lot especially the number of practices we were required to do. This helped strengthen our understanding and make corrections were necessary also learned from others. I started with Alex in a month and he has been of great assistance. He gave me more material to prepare for the final exam of which I passed. He is committed to check in every two weeks and is always readily available to assist with any questions at anytime. I also appreciate that his very patient because countless times I was unable to meet according to our appointments. What is the company doing well: 1. Creating a community were those doing the course and those who have graduated can interact and help each other grow 2. Making the course affordable to anyone anywhere in the world through the payment structure 3. Having coaches that are dedicated to the students growth 4. Creating an atmosphere of possibility that encourages us to tap into it as well.

The structure of the learning process was comprehensive and effective. Also, the most valuable part were the roleplays were you can practice the learned skills and make them stick. My coach Alex has been supportive throughout the whole learning process. He's helped me tremendously in landing interviews and spacing my calls for maximal value. 10/10. The program is structured with value and experienced coaches. The people involved are also positive and strive to do better. The -1 star comes from the advertisement of the program. Taking this program won't immediately free you from your 9-5 and give you 5k+/month income (advertising range hovers around 3/4k-8k). In reality, it's an entry level position in the field of online coaching that has a high demand&supply of appointment setters. Getting certified is only 1/3 of the journey and expect obstacles in your job hunt. However, just like the job, it is by merit meaning there is a lot of grit and skill involved to make yourself stand out from the pack to get hired. I recommend this program if you are serious about appointment setting. But do your due diligence on the job of APPOINTMENT SETTING beforehand (information from outside sources) so you can set your expectations accordingly and put in the work.

If I had to summarize my overall experience with one word, it would be: life-changing. There's a lot of information to grasp, and it is pretty normal that questions might come up. The coaching calls take place every single week, and the coaches are more than happy to assist us with our questions and address our concerns. I was lucky to have Sebastian as my coach. He genuinely wants every one of us to succeed. He's truly passionate about his role, and you could sense it in every one of the calls. I'm very happy that I took the leap of faith and decided to enroll in this program. Highly recommend! For me, it is just the start of greater things.
