Overall, I had a great experience being a student in the Setter Certification Program. I appreciate how Richard and his team are straightforward and not looking to waste anyone's time. He tells you up front, that appointment setting is simple, but takes work. I was initially nervous about entering into the program, but my coach Alex Le made my time joyful. Due to outside circumstances, it took me about the full 90 days to get through the program and become certified. Alex answered every question I had, was never judgmental or pushy, and was truly flexible. I also appreciated his willingness to hold me accountable. Even though I've finished the program, he still is willing to answer questions and guide me when he's able. Alex usually responds to messages you send within 24 hours or less (unless he's on vacation or it's the weekend).

Richard Yu is the best at teaching you on how to be a world class setter. Everything is explained nice and simple. Easy to follow action based program. Probably the Best ever program! Sebastian Dreghici (my personal assigned coach) has been the most impactful and empowering coach I have ever had. Can’t thank him enough for empowering the hell out of me, makes everything so simple to understand, great communicator, a natural born coach, easy to talk to, friendly, his feedback is super insightful!

The coaching support that Sebastian gives is TOP NOTCH every time! His positive energy is so contagious that whenever we finish our Zoom call support, I leave the meeting feeling happy and motivated again. I am glad and grateful to be a part of this beautiful community!

I got the feeling that Vlad is always very supportive and open to help me if I have any questions or worries, which I really appreciate! To be honest before getting into the program, I thought the coaching would be more intense in terms of guidance but since there are so many people who want to become setters, I soon realized that this would be an impossible task considering the coaches - students ratio. Nevertheless I think they always strive to give us the best support to ensure our success!

I won’t speak to my success with the program. I’ll speak on my amazing coach, Alex Le. He’s super knowledgeable, organized, high-standard keeping, but also gracious and understanding. If Alex is a representation of Impact Clients leadership- then they’re in great shape. Alex met me where I was, and coached me where I needed to be. Can’t ask for anything more!

I feel like this was exactly as described! I was free to learn at my own pace as well as really feeling like I understand whats happening and feel like I have really developed the skills I need to be very successful at setting. His Q&A sessions are a game-changer, full of eye-opening insights. Once you jump into the roleplays, you'll connect with a bunch of cool, motivated folks. The student community Richard has built is like a supportive squad always ready to help out. If you're serious about becoming a setter, Vlad's your guy.
