Delivery was quick. The shower chair is a bit heavier than I expected, but at least it doesn't wobble at all. Feels sturdy enough to trust and putting it together was straightforward.

This non-stick pan is really good and cooks well. They appear to be will-made, but the price is a bit high.

These knives are AMAZING!!!

Very good service. One of the knives in the set had a dent in the handle, and upon our request they sent us a replacement promptly. There was a hiccup in the process, but every time we communicated via email, they were very responsive and helpful. The knives are very sharp, too!

Ordered incorrectly… customer service responded promptly to correct my order. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my only complaint is they asked for confirmation of what I needed but They did not respond to me after asking for said confirmation. However when I received my order… it was correct
