We bought this knife set for the first time with Imarku brand. It’s well made with Stainless Steel in one piece with sharp edges to make veggie cutting task easy compared to other knife we used before. We expect same good service from other knives as well.

Just received

The products I ordered arrived two days later than I was expecting them. Therefore, I didn’t get to give them to my daughter at her bridal shower. That being said, the cookware set was beautiful, heavy, and looked very well made. My daughter was thrilled with the set. Hopefully, it will be just as great to use when cooking. I would have liked more communication with Imarku. I felt this was a scam about a day after I ordered because they wouldn’t give me tracking information without an app. So I had no idea when or if my order was coming. All’s well that ends well.

I had an issue with the shipment not shipping and after struggling to get ahold of them they were very responsive and kept checking in to ensure that everything was okay. Overall good experience after the initial hiccups.

Customer service experience - Haven't used Knives. I have been contacted and am in the process of returning and getting refunded. They have been very responsive once we connected.

Excellent knife with heavy handle weight for a sturdy grip in food prep.
