Where is my order?!?!?!?!⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️ It was sent back because of the address. I don’t understand why since it’s a legit address. The post office says it’s been sent back 10-31-18. Today is 11-19-18 and I still haven’t heard anything!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️ I check my email everyday. I can’t find a number to talk to anyone which is very super frustrating😒. I just want the lipstick I ordered!

Seems impossible to reach customer service. Once you've been on hold for about 2 minutes, the phone automatically hangs up. I had to go through human resources before I could get a person on the phone. I'm sure you're already aware of this and have no plans to change. I will not order from your site again.
