Their products are good. I only gave 3 stars because their customer service is terrible. I had an issue when purchasing their products online (a technical website error). I sent them a screen shot of the error message I was receiving. Instead of them to look into it, they keep sending me a generic and unhelpful email stating my items where in the basket!

The product is good .But these products are stingy and not generous at all . I will not recommend this brand because the quantity is just too stingy .the Iipstick for example is the length of the top part of my index finger if you divide it into 3

I use to like the look when applied years ago but I am not sure what change its not easily rubbed in and give a reddish look. IMAN luminous not satisfied sorry

I recently wrote concerning customer service - I placed an order and wanted to make a change and did not receive a response. I love and like all of IMAN's products she can really take this to the next level since Fashion Fair is practically GONE. We need her products! but the website and customer service need some improvements. I hope the IMAN Cosmetics will improve and build up her line more. She make great products! Thank you

I am giving this review because according to the description on the site i was supposed to be a clay 3 shade for the liquid foundation. I used clay 3 luminous compact foundation but the liquid foundation is way too dark with a completely different undertone (I am golden/yellow undertone).

First, in the past, the clay 5# base tube contained more makeup. The product itself was not as dry and had less of a whitish undertone. I don't know whether there less coloring pigment or it's because the product lacks moisture. Is the contents of the tube less because there is more condensed color in the tube? If so that would be great, however, there is a ashy undertone which comes off as whitish powdery. I've used this product often and the quality/coloring has changed. It may be less costly to change the quality.Iman has always been the base I could use that matched my skin and undertones, now it doesn't. It's quite a task attempting to find the correct base. I will say the company did send out my makeup stick right away. I miss your product being sold in Western, MA. It was convenient to pick up at the local store. Please bring back the older formula for clay 5# or tweak the newer formula. I hope you continue adding to the selection of your products.Thank you!

Purchased items on Cyber Monday. Shipping wasn't bad I ordered 3 items which arrived on separate days which was fine. The blush I ordered arrived broken. I emailed them right away about getting a replacement. I still haven't heard anything back. I like the eyeshadow. Foundation is ok. Not what I remembered using years ago. I will buy again maybe just eyeshadow or liner
