I did not receive the make up I paid for
I ordered the wrong makeup sent it back with a request for the right make up and through all of my emails I never heard back from anyone.

Order one product and receive another, There is no customer service number, was told to leave message no one call you back, so all you have is a product you did't order or want and they have you money

I absolutely love the matte and…
I absolutely love the matte and moisturizing lipsticks. The extensive color options has forced me to buy every single one. I love how the matte lipsticks last all day and the motorizing lipsticks have plenty of pigment and leaves my lips motorized. The foundations come in perfect shades for my skin color. I just wish the makeup line was still sold in Walgreens, it makes it easier to find the products.

Sell sponges separately
I wish Iman sold extra sponges for the cream to powder. Mine always falls apart mid way through. Othe sponges do not apply as smoothly.

Iman Cosmetics gets less than one star…
Iman Cosmetics gets less than one star from me! I am a professional makeup artist and have been using the Iman Luxury pressed powders in my kit for YEARS. I was excited in June when I received an email from Iman cosmetics advertising a 30% off sale, so I ordered three shades because I had a makeup class coming up and wanted to share them with my students. Three weeks later I still had no products, no shipping or tracking updates, and no answers to the emails I sent to the Iman customer service. This was simply unacceptable. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my refund. When customer service FINALLY emailed me back, the response was not satisfactory AT ALL. Overall, my confidence in ordering from this website has been severely impacted and I can’t say that I would order again. It’s really disappointing to say that.
