Terrible terrible

I a filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this company. I lost my job and was late by a few days with my payment and the closed by account . I requested help from the credit protection company that I paid into. I reached out to them for assistance and everytime I provided them information, they asked for more. Had they been able to assist me my payment would not have been late.

Excellent service and easy payment method love my card would recommend it

Well for starters, when I was approved for the card you guys told me it'd be two weeks before I would get it. Weird, but could be dealt with. But then after two weeks, there was no card. So I called you guys and you said, you never mailed the card. So it took another two weeks, and by the time I got the card you guys were already sending me bills. Telling me what an adjusting thing, you wouldn't change anything, and you would charge me interest for the bill. To me, that's a terrible way to do business. And as soon as I get out of this credit card, I'm going to, you should have better business ethics. And treat your customers better if you actually cared about them. I've emailed over and over again, trying to get somebody just to delay my payment and my interest. Because obviously for the first month of having the card. I didn't even have the card and was not able to use it. I wish you'd rethink some of your ideals. And think of the customer
