I had my first class this am and signed up for a membership. Great staff, clean environment, flexible class hours, and fun! No reservations, the workout is what I am looking for, and the class environment is great for motivation. Highly recommend.

ILKB Eastchester, NY- I recently joined this gym and I am so glad I did. The environment here is laid back and friendly. The workouts are challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. I love this place!

This place is awesome! One time is all it takes for you to get hooked. If you want a challenge then this is place to be. It's full of life, full of energy, and is empowering. I love this place because you get to use gloves. You actually get to kick and punch a bag. The staff is great as well. Especially the ones that were there when I had my first time experience. They were very nice and welcoming.

I went in with the Ten class Groupon and left with a new membership and a new family! It doesn't matter if you enter into the class without any experience or injuries, there are modifications for everything and the trainers love to work with you one on one to ensure you have the best workout you can!!

You know when you go to a gym, you show up for a while and you're really motivated but after a while you tire of the same 'ol same 'ol and you just stop going?! ME TOO! Well ILoveKickboxing is NOTHING like that. The music changes every day. The workout changes everyday. The instructors are just as motivated to get me healthy as I am. I have been a member for 2 months and I love going as much now as I did when I first started. It's completely addicting. Definitely worth it!!! <3

This place is not your average gym! It is such a fun workout. The trainers are amazing and so Nice! Everyone is there to set their own goals so no one ever feels uncomfortable! You work at your own pace! Love it here!
