I can not describe how much I actually love kickboxing!! From my 1st class I was hooked. Clean environment friendly staff && people!! A awesome FUN way to burn those calories && tone!! 👊🏽💪🏽🔥

I have lost over 50 lbs. in just over 14 weeks with this awesome workout! Trainers are legit and ownership is top notch! The members here are as good as it gets. We've made friendships that never would have happened if it weren't for ILKB Lexington, KY!

Very nice, judgement free environment. I joined immediately. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a perfect place to get fit while having fun. I recommend it to everyone.

I’ve tried many different exercise programs and gym memberships but ILK is definitely on the top of my list as being the best program.  The instructors are extremely friendly and supportive and they all push you to make sure that each individual in the class is working towards their full potential.  I leave each class feeling drained of course but more importantly I feel accomplished!! I saw a facebook special for 5 classes and free gloves for an unbelievably low cost and my interest perked. Signed up convinced my co worker to do it as well and we have had such an amazing time. The studio is so clean and feels like home. The staff are very real they cater to your needs yet know exactly how to push you enough. This was the best trial that lead me to purchasing a membership. I am incredible excited to start this journey. I believe if your on the fence get off because thats nonsense this opportunity changed my life and it should yours.

Amazing gym! The atmosphere is fun and energetic, just like the amazing staff! They made a member out of me :)

After coming for a few months you still learn new things and the staff really does care for it’s members! They always make sure to help you with any questions!

This is an amazing studio! They are mindful of any health issues that would normally keep people away from working out. They are so motivational and encouraging to all body types, men and women. I'm so glad that I joined.
