I absolutely love this place. All instructors/staffs are very friendly, outgoing, and very supportive. They will make sure you achieve your goals you want. They encourage you to keep going and not give up because they know you can do it even it is hard. It is a stress-free place where you can punch your anger out to the boxing bags. It's awesome. I recommend anyone to go!

ILKB is a great workout. Who doesn’t like to hit and punch a bag? The staff are super friendly and motivating. They have tons of class times, which will allow you to make it to many classes during the week. If you want to become your best self this is for you.
