Love Love Love ILKB Suffolk. Has Great coaches and is a killer workout!

They make cancellation impossible! They throw all these cancellation policies at you that aren't stated anywhere in the contract and get snotty when you point that out. I have to dispute the charge with my credit card because they refuse to let me go despite following all the rules in the contract. The classes and instructors are great but their treatment of me when trying to leave spoiled the whole thing. I was only cancelling due to financial hardship and would have come back someday but I'll never go there again now. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love that every class presents an opportunity for me to grow. Whether I'm working on technique, speed, strength, or endurance. I always get an amazing workout even on the days I don't feel my best.

Love this place. Doing something I enjoy and reaping the benefits of being healthy and a better lifestyle. Instructors are helpful and considerate. Everyone is welcoming. I have felt like I belonged since Day 1.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A YEARLY CONTRACT if there is any possibility of life/financial changes, because they have zero empathy. Workouts are great and trainers motivating, but they're greedy and shady. They'll pressure you into immediately signing up for a STRICT 1-year contract after the 1st trial class. I've since decided to return to university and can no longer afford $40/week (which in itself is ridiculous, but I really wanted to do kickboxing), so I reached out to them and they flat out refused to cancel my membership, not even offering an early cancellation fee.

I love kickboxing has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made for my health! It is such a fun workout and the instructors are so motivating and amazing! Not only have I lost weight but I have changed my eating habits, which has improved my health so much more! I love kickboxing is amazing and I highly recommend it.

This place has been worth every penny, the 6 week challenge, challenges your mind and nutrition. They lay everything out for you to give you the best chance of success for your personal goals. The end can be pricey depending on your family commitments but it is a good investment for your self
