I signed up for the trial classes a month ago. I am a mom of two and looking to get back in shape pre-babies. I was nervous before my first class and was worried about not knowing anyone, being out of shape, not wearing the right clothes. My worries were left at the door as the staff / instructors were nothing but welcoming and wanting to find out what brought me in and how they could help me achieve my goals. Needless to say, I signed up for the VIP membership after my first class. The classes are challenging and definitely feel like I'm on my way back to being fit. I am seeing results and slowing getting my confidence back. The instructors are great in that they take the time to answer questions, provide modifications to either make the workouts to either being less impacting due to injuries or pushing you past your comfort zone. The atmosphere amongst the group is supportive in pushing you to be the best you.

I recently joined ILKB North Providence and it was the best decision I have made. I already feel so comfortable there. The instructors are just as asweome as the workouts! Great stress reliever. I always look forward to the next class!

I cannot say enough about this place. The instructors are amazing, the people you meet become family. The workouts are indescribable and makes you want to come back for more. It makes you want to be a better you. I would recommend this to anyone.

So much better than a gym or personal trainers. Intense workout and energetic instructors make it easy to come back again and again. Thank you for getting me out of my maternity clothes!
