My new favorite workout! IT is so addictive! Each instructor is unique and great to work with. I like them all. They are fun, caring, earnest, and sincere. Ever since have been a member about a month ago, I have been feeling great every day. Because I can eat burgers without feeling guilty. LOL. Thanks to Ilovekickboxing at Glen Cove. You guys rock!

I started going to ILoveKickBoxing because of a Groupon. After one class I was hooked! It's such a great workout. I literally burn about 1,000 calories each class. The instructors are fun and encouraging, the workout is fast paced and not boring at all. I hardly notice the hour has passed and I am drenched in sweat! Give it a try!

Bag time is great to get punches and kicks in (and anger out). The staff is great as well as the environment. They are motivating and it is a go at your own pace class. I always walk out sweating and ready for the next class.

ILKB is an awesome place for fitness!!! Before starting classes there I was almost 400lbs and would get bored easily with workouts. Day 1 I was a bit nervous about joining because of my weight, but that went out of the window. The staff and the environment were so welcoming, delightful, and encouraging they pushed me to my limit in a good way. Now everyday I get to go I'm so excited to go sweat and workout. If you feel like you are too out of weight for kickboxing take it from me YOU CAN DO IT. This place is awesome I'm so glad that I love Kickboxing came to our town.

This is absolutely the best workout I have ever done! After i took the first class I immediataly signed up to become a member that very same day. The instructors are amazing and they keep you motivated and push you to better yourself. After just three classes I already fell stronger and more energetic!

After having my daughter I went from being in the best shape of my life to the worst. I weigh the most I ever have and was always too embarrassed to go to gyms in the area. I signed up for I Love Kickboxing and my first class was the hardest thing I've ever done, but the entire time I never felt judged. You don't just pay for the classes, you invest in the people. The other members and the instructors never let you give up, never criticize, and always push you.

I had been trying to find something that was fun and motivating as well as different each class and this definitely delivers. The atmosphere is fun and every person you meet is supportive and pushes you to keep going and to not give up. This was the best decision I could have made for my health and life in general.

The name of this place says it all.... I love kickboxing!! ILKB is the best workout I have ever had! I've had a gym membership for years and have lost motivation, and ultimately stopped going. The class environment is WONDERFUL! the instructors are amazing, and are very motivational. I love that they push me to keep going when I feel like giving up. Like they say, when you feel like you can't do any more, do ONE more! I am so grateful winchester opened ILKB, I have never felt better! I just had my third class today and cannot wait to go back for more!
