We officially opened our doors one week ago & it has been NONSTOP FUN ever since!! Having classes filled with so many AWESOME First Day Friends throughout this past week has been an amazing experience. I Love Kickboxing is amazing! I am so happy I took a chance and tried it. The members/instructors are positive and supportive. Not only is it a fantastic workout but it's fun- I always walk out of there in a great mood.

When I started, I noticed results in three days! I never worked harder or felt more accomplished than when I was kickboxing. The instructors are so encouraging, energetic, and really help you in accomplishing your fitness goals. ILKB is like family because they all share similar fitness goals and really understand what you are going through.

I couldn't ask for more in a facility and workout regimen. The instructors are motivating and energetic. I was hooked from the beginning (even though it took me a few months to get into a suitable groove). Everyone works on their own level. You can be a novice or a professional, athletic or not so much, completely healthy or broken (like me) and they don't make you feel bad about where you're at. At the same time, they push you not to give up. They're great.

I became a member of ILKB after my first class, and I am so happy with that decision! The instructors are really what get me to come back – they keep me motivated and (especially) accountable. They’re so friendly and high-energy – exactly what you need in a fitness instructor! They are also really good about making sure that you are doing the moves correctly to maximize your workout and avoid injury. The workout is amazing, and definitely kicks butt! While there is a routine-element (15 minute “warm-up” [it’s intense!], same stretches after, bag rounds, partner rounds) it is constantly changing, so you will never get bored with it. I love this place!
