By far the best Fitness group that I have ever been a part of! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a genuine smile and was treated with sincerity. I have been a member for 2 ½ months and have lost 10 lbs and 3 inches. I took two weeks off recently due to travel for work and was called and emailed by the staff asking if I was ok or needed help, that was so impressive as I have never been contacted by a fitness center to inquire if I was ok when I didn’t show up. That shows dedication and sincere concern for their members. Great job Heather, you have an amazing group of people working with you; Julia, Sam, Christie, Caina, Michelle are amazing instructors and it shows in every class that I take. ILKB Smashville has changed my entire outlook on physical fitness, member for life! Jaq F

I love ilovekickboxing! I’ve never been a gym person or very active for that matter, but the classes at ilovekickboxing keep me coming back. The classes are designed so you don’t get bored and the workouts are absolutely amazing! I’ve been going for two and a half months and I already am seeing results! The instructors truly are the best around and filled with so much energy!

I LOVE ILKB! When I know I am going to a class, my day becomes so much easier. The instructors are amazing, they are so helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have a blast in class, and enjoy all the tough work outs! Everyone is so friendly, and it makes working out so much fun!!

Finally looking forward to working out. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Your muscles will hurt in places you forgot you had muscles in. lol. Try them out ... you will be glad you did!

I couldn't have been more exciting about going to each class for a good workout. Any and everyone should join. This has been the best choice.

Perfect if you have limited availability and on a budget. I had wanted to try kick boxing for years so when I found this place I was overjoyed. The staff is great and friendly and they aren't just friendly, they live what they preach. No gym comes without a fee. I have been involved with other gyms and it was either a nightmare or a disappointment. The prices here are higher than I anticipated but its a great motivation to get yourself on the right track to being healthier, cutting out unnecessary costs (for me I was buying food every day) and focusing on your goals. With my limited availability the manager found me a plan thats good for me and doesn't murder my bank account. No pressure to come in a certain amount a week and no stress from payments for a committed amount of time. Now the only time my heart races is when I'm in class.
