ILKB - Glen Allen, VA provides the BEST workout! The instructors are great and very knowledgable. They keep me motivated and having fun in class. I am challenged and get better and better with my technique each time i go. I highly recommend at least doing the trial classes to see what a difference it will make. Thanks ILKB-Glenn Allen!

I started going to I Love Kick Boxing Midlothian just 2 weeks ago. Since my very first class, I have been impressed by the instructors. They really make the classes fun and motivate me to push myself. They take the extra time to make sure I am practicing proper form and spend as much time as I need to get it. Not only are the instructors amazing so are the other members. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging which makes me really believe in myself. The facility always smells great and super clean which is a big plus in my book! In just the 2 short weeks I have been attending I have already lost 8 pounds by following the nutrition plan the staff counseled me on and attending regular work-outs. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get fit and have fun while doing it.

I began my journey with ILKB 2 months ago when I entered the 6-week challenge. After the first week of classes, I immediately felt like I would be joining the fam regardless of passing or failing the challenge. All of the trainers try to establish personal relationships with the members, and that makes me feel comfortable and motivated to go to class. They always push me to go beyond my limits, and I am grateful for that as I start doing things that I never thought I could do before. ILKB helps me to get closer to my personal goals.
