Joining ILKB was literally the best decision I've made. When you join you immediately become a part of the family. Both the instructors and all the other members are so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I was so shocked when I would walk in after just joining and people knew my name already. Everyone really cares so much about each other and genuinely wants to see you get fit and succeed in kickboxing. Going to class is my favorite part of the day and is slowly becoming like a second home for me. I can honestly say I LOVE this place and I LOVE kickboxing (lol).

Ilovekickboxing is one of the best places I have worked out at. As a person who has a hard time staying motivated this is perfect for me. The energy is great, facility is clean and motivation is high. I look forward to working out here every week

Scam. Terrible workout for a terrible price

I love the intensity of the workouts! The gym is clean and the trainers are friendly and encouraging. It's hard work, but you will definitely see results not only in your body but your mind too.

I cannot reccomend this place enough. I am consistently pushed to my limits at each class and the instructors are so supportive. I love ILKB!

I came to 1 workout and fell in love. The workouts are intense, but they show you alternative ways to do the exercises and encourage you to work at your own pace. The workouts incorporate cardio, strength training and stretching at the end. You're exercising while learning a real self-defense mechanism, kickboxing. If you want to learn kickboxing and exercise in a positive, energizing environment for a decent monthly cost ( 1 month is cheaper than the cost of 5 private boxing lessons), I'd recommend 'I Love Kickboxing Cary'. I signed up after 1 workout. If you're unsure if you want to do it, just sign up for a 3 day trial and check it out!
