I love kickboxing has a great staff at the Colonnade location. The staff is friendly, motivating and push you. Classes are made up of all sizes and ages, which makes it enjoyable for someone like me who is getting back into fitness.

Just had my first class and it was amazing. Megan and the rest of the staff are so friendly and caring. They work one on one for your first class. I am a beginner and they made me feel comfortable. They not only encourage you but they motivate you. The staff and the people who were in my class made me feel like I was part of the family. I signed up for a membership and can't wait for my next class. I encourage everyone to check out this location and see how amazing it is.

Ilovekickboxing-Chantilly VA I've been a member for almost 2 months now and the results I'm getting are amazing! I just had a baby 1 yr ago and was trying to shed some weight from it and within 2 months, I am, if not better, than I was before pregnancy!!! INSANE! I had no idea how much I would like kickboxing in general. I've done Insanity, P90X, Bootcamp classes, CROSSFIT and all felt like just any regular workouts and couldnt wait for it to end. Ilovekickboxing classes made 1 hour seem like 1 minute! Its so fun. Kelsey and her team are such amazing human beings who just love what they do !!! They make you feel welcome and gets you ready for a crazy fun and challenging workout you will ever have. I am so glad I chose to be part of the family!

I wish I could give more than five stars. This place is amazing! I've been so out of shape and unmotivated for such a long time. This was just what I was looking for! It is a total body workout and so much fun! I was nervous at first because I didn't know if I'd be able to make it through a class. Turns out I wasn't the only who felt this way, but everyone does what they can and if you need to rest for a bit, that is okay as others probably do too. The great thing is when you realize how your body is changing in such a short time and all of the sudden you can do an actual burpee or two! The class really is for any level and you'll be amazed at what your body can do and how empowered you feel! They change up each class so no two classes are alike and you never know what new move they are going to throw at you. The instructors are great and they have a private Facebook group that keeps you motivated and connected to other people in the class. Come check it out! Be warned though, you might get hooked!

ILKB Hamilton NJ is Amazing! The work outs are highly motivating and are different for each class. The instructors encourage you throughout the entire hour and are extremely knowledgeable to help with technique. I highly recommend ILKBH to all!!

ILKB Gonzales is a great place to get in shape. The environment is great. The instructors are awesome and there is so much support. You get a great workout in every class. I love it and it will continue to be my number one choice for working out.-Michelle C.
