Outstanding!!

The staff is awesome the classmates are awsome very encouraging people and it's definitely worth the money

The workouts are great - intense, but very fun. The staff is very kind and caring, always encouraging everyone to do their best and never quit.

I joined ILKB in May at the Old Bridge, NJ location. Fun, high energy, stress relieving, complete body workout! 1st routine I want to do every day. It's like having a small group personal trainer. The staff is welcoming, motivating, and awesome. Lost 14 lbs and gaining muscle after only 2 months!

Super glad I joined this gym! Best workout ever!
