Complete garbage. Do not order the nightlights unless you expect a piece of plastic that doesn’t even work.

Good business is customer support, working products, and follow through. This has not been that. I love the mushroom lamp that arrived, but there was a manufacturing defect where this particular lamp nearly immediately stopped working despite my care for it. Not good for a $70 lamp (and that’s “half off”). The company returned my emails finally after a second attempt at contact saying there was a back order but would ship me a replacement later. The original lamp was sent from china, not directly from this company so I didn’t understand but I was happy they offered a new one without being asked. I’ve followed up past that 3 week timeframe they gave for the back order issue but I haven’t heard from them. The website literally says the number of lamps available, so the back order information comes across like an excuse. Otherwise, why not follow up and communicate this with me so I’m not in the dark asking for follow through on what was said/offered? Also, auto replies were sent to me somewhat contradicting what was said in previous emails with a real person. It’s confusing, disorganized, and just a general mess. It’s clear they are purposely ignoring my emails at this point. Beware.

Items never arrived. Stayed in Jamaica, NY. After I emailed asking why the delay, suddenly in Union City, NJ - where they stayed even til now. This is a scam site.
