I saw the ad for this charger many times. So it was very visible. I really like the thought of this project. I still haven't received it and tracking shows it is still in Ireland. I had no idea it would take this long and I hope this product works well on products in the US. There is no update on when I will receive product.

First I was charged $20 more than stated. And under a different name. Two the support the sides but my butt is totally hanging out. Only used twice one is unopened. Can I get a refund or swap them for Y suspenders?

it took a little while to get to me but it was a trip to get it to me with having to go through customs twice and then having to go across the US to the west coast. but i did receive them in good shape with nothing missing and also tried the glow in the dark by putting them under a florescent bulb to charge. But they worked great.

Shipping information, company's integrity, quality of product, are all, candidly, surprisingly quite professional. However, as for the cell phone holder's usefulness, I've always used a phone cover. Therefore, it's not your fault that it prevents the intended magnetism from functioning properly. You are a small company; I will not request a refund.
