DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Bought Heavy Duty Adjustable twist Nozzle jet Sweeper and when received it did not work -no more pressure than what came out of our hose without it attached. When we asked to return it for a refund we got a run around. Paid $70.37 Aust. and was first offered $6 refund when we refused they then offered $7 which we refused after a few more offers they said their final offer was $11. We had to accept this but was very angry at the cost compared to the refund we got. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

I was sent seeds and they will not germinate. I have tried many ways.

The package took a month to be delivered, to the wrong address. Was verified by USPS and their response was "It shows to have been delivered in the mailbox at 12:14 on 5/23/2026." I had postal service track package and verify that it was labeled to a different address by their shipping house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE

I have never received the Screwdriver Set I ordered and paid for back on 5-10-2026. {It is now 6-6-2026} I am extremely disappointed in this company. I went to my Post Office . They checked. It was never received here in the United States. Is this a Spam?????????

Never received the item. Still waiting although the tracker says it was delivered at my mailbox. NO, NOT DELIVERED!!

Purchases shower thermometer of which I have not received up till now and no response or communication from the company, no tracking . I think it is a scam.

I have NOT received them as of today! I was hoping they’d be here before I live in Florida before it got too hot cause I think it’d be too hot to plant them now but they haven’t come yet. I don’t know.! You can reach me if you don’t have my phone number to maybe explain or tell me why my phone number is 631-379-1317. Dan Sloane

As I said before, you sent me two orders of three strainers because you kept telling me my order did not go through, so use another credit card, which I did. When I looked at my credit card statement, both of my orders went through. None of the strainers fit any of my drains. I want to send them back and have you remove them from my credit cards. How do I send them back?
