The course and webinar variety are great, but the compliance monitor could be better.
I have had the unlimited subscription for CPAs the past few years and it has mostly been a good experience with Illumeo. There are lots of courses and webinars to choose from with all sorts of subjects that can apply to a variety of CPAs and fields. Overall the classes are easy to follow and complete for credits. One thing that could be better is getting the compliance monitor updated quicker. So far from my experience is that the compensation monitor does not get updated until about 6-10 months into the fiscal year (7/1-6/30 for Minnesota). So I have to go over half the year manually calculating what credits I need for the current year. I would think when you advertise a compliance monitor as a perk of the subscription you would prioritize getting it updated each year.
