I am very happy with ILines International. They're efficient, patient, pleasant and knowledgable. They were extremely helpful to me as I had no clue what to expect when shipping my belongings overseas.

I’d like to first mention that Vinny at ILines is great. This was my first time moving internationally (as a 23 year old) I was very nervous about the idea of putting my entire life in a cargo container but Vinny made it very simple and easy as well he was also very punctual with every question I asked and creating a concrete strategy. We also discussed the best economical way to transport my belongings which was reassuring with most other companies trying to take every dime they can get. Over wall walked in confused and anxious and left satisfied CONS DURING MY EXPERIENCE I was scheduled for a cargo container which was cancelled within a week due to a global conflict, The tardiness of the semi truck driver the day of the move and a few damaged items. Stuff like this isn’t something iLines has control over. Great customer service (with Vinny) Competitive pricing Very transparent Will come up with a plan that benefits you best Will definitely be recommending this company

When I asked Ilines about the negative reviews, they were quick to blame the customer and they were very convincing. If the positive reviews are genuine, they may occasionally do a good job. We, however, wound up with our belongings in a hostage situation in France, through no fault of the French company but I place the blame squarely on Ilines. Our total cost, with port fees, insurance and additional costs added by Ilines, was more than double the original quote. If you choose to go with this company, do read the fine print as they have had legal battles before. And have your checkbook ready.

Shipped my car and household in a 40 foot high cube container from Charlotte to New Zealand. Was recommended by a co-worker that used them in the past. Worked with Rick, Rachel and Vinny. Super helpful and communication was on point, they answered all my questions and made my experience very personal. Just like my co-worker, I recommend them to anyone that is looking to ship overseas.
