I need unexpected shoulder replacement surgery. I did not buy "insurance." Therfore they get to keep my money. What a rip off. Not even a credit for next or the option to transfer it to a friend. I have the Epic pass as well...refund no problem and they don't charge insurance. I will no longer ski Ikon nor visit their resorts. Easy.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT - I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THE IKON PASS - this organization is extremely unfriendly to new customers. I just bought Thier Ikon Pass for the 1st time and made an error on the credit card I used. So I called Thier CS team and was told the card charged could not be changed. It is notable that the AMEX CS team couldn't see the charge as pending yet. But IKON CS team refused to change the card charged. This is an extremely unfriendly way of treating and retaining new customers. I will never buy an IKON product again and also urge my friends to avoid Ikon Pass.

The only good thing about this pass is access to Jackson Hole and Alta. Otherwise, Palisades is always crowded and has bad customer service. They also removed the free deferral options for injury and pregnancy.

I purchased my ikon pass in April of 2026 for the upcoming winter season. I suffered a serious foot injury and will be off my feet for at least three months, out of work for six months. I called customer service and they provided me with an email for “special circumstances” like this. Tracey did not respond to me for 10 days. I had to re email and call them again for a response. She ultimately told me because I did not purchase the refundable ticket, there was NOTHING that could be done. Not even an option to defer to next season, transfer to a family member, or get a credit of some sort. I offered doctors notes, surgical notes, and medical records and all she could do was tell me how unfair it is to those who purchased the refundable option. Imagine saying that to someone who can’t walk for the next three months. I will never ever be purchasing an ikon pass or product ever again

Horrible company with poor customer service. Reached out multiple times via different channels chat, call, Instragram. Poor customer resolution.

Trying to buy an Ikon pass for the last week. The Ikon system keeps refusing my Credit card but the bank says it's OK. Tried another card from different bank - same result. Ikon staff unable to resolve. All points to a problem at the Ikon site but they are insistent that it's the bank. don't see a way to sort this out.

The rising prices and the elimination of the pass deferral is criminal. I understand that they cannot control conditions but with a historically bad season in CO this year, lack of terrain and access to slopes, and early closures, to make customers pay an extra 130.00 for "insurance" for pass deferral is comical.
