My son purchased a queen sized Brimnes platform bed . Matching 4 draw chest and nightstand. There was a problem with the slats which we resolved. Why I give Ikea 4 stars is for their price/value ratio and wow!!! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Jacksonville beach Ikea customer service should be the gold standard in the service industry. I highly recommend Ikea for furniture, price and customer service

I went to the IKEA in Stoughton twice now. My spouse loves it. I think they have a great selection and it's laid out well. It is big and I felt like I had to walk a little too much to find what I needed; I wish they had more shortcuts. But overall good experience and they have a cafeteria.
