iHome Alarm SystemsReviews of ihomealarmsystems.com

Installers finished rather quickly and were thorough in their explanation. Their call center is really good about answering questions which is something I've noticed other companies often lack.

ADT Installer Technician, Charles Lim was very informative and professional about installing my home alarm systems. He did same day service for my house. I was so pleased with his professionalism and work that I hired him again to install a system at my business as well. I highly recommend Charles if someone is looking for a security service.

The ADT staff was very helpful and informative. Not pushy or too busy to answer any of your questions or concerns. Never thought that we would ever need a security system in the quiet neighborhood we live in but I'm sure no one expects the unexpected. I feel so much safer knowing we have ADT just in case. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

When my husband and I decided we needed the protection of a home security system, we wanted to use a trusted brand; ADT fit that profile. The technician, Charlie, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with the installation. ADT and its dispatching team coupled with the police authority gives us the peace of mind we needed to live comfortably in our home. So if you need to feel safe and want a reliable company to do the job, call ADT.

I had a great experience with the ADT installer. He did a nice clean install and ran all the wires clean. He explained all of my options and their benefits without trying to get me to buy things I didn't need. The installer also patiently taught me how to use my system. I would not hesitate to go with ADT in the future.

I would recommend ADT to every home owner out there. Very professional. You will never feel safe until you have install ADT.

Must have and the best investment a business or home owner can do to protect their asset. Thank you so much ADT!
