About iHeartDogs.com

At iHeartDogs.com, we’re driven by a simple, powerful belief: Every Dog Matters. This philosophy is the heartbeat of our mission, propelling us to create a platform where dogs aren’t just celebrated, they are truly loved and cared for. This is not just an ideology, it’s our promise, our commitment to every single furry friend out there. The genesis of our journey lies in a remarkable bond between a man and a Siberian rescue, Splash. Our founder, Justin Palmer, wasn’t always the dog enthusiast he is today. His past was plagued by severe pet allergies that kept him at bay. Yet, love has the power to rewrite destinies. When he married a dog lover, his path took an unforeseen turn towards an incredible journey that began with the adoption of a 2-year-old Siberian Husky found as a stray in the mountains near their home.Overcoming apprehensions related to allergies, Justin and his wife made a brave decision to bring Splash home. This wasn’t just a step towards becoming dog parents; it marked their evolution into passionate champions for the welfare of every canine companion. From starting a humble Facebook page to launching the iHeartDogs.com platform, Splash’s inspiring story created ripples that touched millions of hearts. And in this journey, we didn’t just build a large community, we created a family of dog lovers committed to making a difference.

iheartdogs.com is different than iheartdogs.org
The thing I want to communicate is that iheartdogs.com is different than iheartdogs.org: I Heart Dogs Rescue (iheartdogs.org) became an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity in February 2013, and officially opened its shelter doors on November 13, 2015 in Warren, Michigan. Iheartdogs.com has some broken links so I couldn't find when they setup or where they are located.

Hi there! We sincerely apologize for the delayed response, but wanted to follow up nevertheless. You are correct - we are different from I Heart Dogs Rescue (iheartdogs.org) and although our names are nearly identical, we have no affiliation with them. We, iHeartDogs (iheartdogs.com), are a for-profit, for-purpose retail company located in Anaheim, CA. Each purchase made in our store provides a donation towards our giveback programs. If you wish to verify our donations, we encourage you to contact our charity partner, Greater Good (greatergood.org), directly.

The make you get a membership for some items
Some items can only be purchased if you are a member. So you cant pay thr higher amount for the item they make you get a membership to order it. No Thanks! Wouldnt the higher amount be better to pay since it would be more money helping animals.

Unsubscribe request doesn't work
This company repeatedly spams my business inbox. I have unsubscribed but keep having emails sent to me. I don't currently own a dog nor am I interested in promoting them. It would be nice if their unsubscribe feature actually worked.

Excellent Customer Setvice
I emailed them with a small customer service issue and they promptly responded AND went way above and beyond to make things right. I was beside myself at how quick and easy it was and am highly satisfied with their excellent customer service.

This is a fabulous company
This is a fabulous company that loves dogs. They donate to different shelters and help every doggy they can. I have ordered several products from this company and I’m very pleased with the quality and results, especially of the CBD oil for dogs, the treats for good dental hygiene, and the toppers they offer for good immune health for our dogs. I love getting something healthy and fun for my terrier and knowing that we are helping other dogs that have not yet found their forever homes.
