IhanherryReviews of ihanherry.com

I do not recommend buying here, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the item, they do not accept returns or exchanges, although their exchange policy says they do, it is absolutely ridiculous, they do not respond to emails and the customer service phone numbers are fake.

I saw on Facebook where there couches were advertised. We had been planning to get a new couch and these looked attractive. Went to the comments and saw some of the reviews and i decided to take a chance. I ordered on Tuesday and had it all put together the following Tuesday. I’m 6’2 and 235lbs and stretch out on it comfortably! We purchased the 4 Sofa and 2 ottomans and me, my wife, and two boys fit fine. For the price, it’s more than worth it. Pet friendly and doesn’t hold dog fur like our last couch. I took a chance and happy I did. More than anything my wife loves it so it was definitely a win!

I got my couch recently. I ordered the 4 seater with 2 ottomons, plus an extra set of arms so I could set it up how I like. All arrived in perfect condition. When you order, 2 seats will come in 1 box, plus additional boxes for the arm pieces and the ottomon. The fabric is SUPER soft. I read the reviews for it on facebook and I saw that its a little short, so I ordered some 5.5" legs to change out and I feel that is the perfect height. They just screw right in with no extra work. VERY easy to set up. I only recently got it so Im not sure how well it will hold up, but since its a sectional, I can just order a replacement piece instead of a new couch if I ever have to, absolutely love that! I cant see a place to post pics, but I did post on their website.

Great product, great price, super fast shipping!! I placed my order on a Sunday and recieved it the following Thursday.

We were very hesitant to purchase without seeing it in person but we absolutely love our couch! We ordered the 4 seater and 2 ottoman’s! And it is exactly what we were wanting! My whole family loves it including my fur babies! We definitely recommend! The shipping was super fast and free!

I ordered the Gray 3 Seater with 2 Ottomans. I was skeptical at first about ordering as I have been scammed on some items I have purchased off of other sites. Let me tell you IHanherry is the real deal! Shipping was speedy and items arrived in less than a week from my time of order. I was able to put the entire couch together by myself in no time! The material is so smooth and soft I did purchase ahead of time some Scotchguard as we have dogs and the cushions are very easy to wipe clean. Comfort level is out of this world!! I finally have a couch that is as comfortable as my bed. The only suggestion I have is the original leg height of 3 inches. We purchased some 5 inch legs and now this couch is PERFECTO! Don’t pass up this sofa if you are hesitant it is the real thing and is so very comfortable

I was hesitant to buy from an ad on FB, but, I was wrong! My loveseat in pumpkin 🎃 had sold out and was advised as soon as they received another shipment mine would be on the way. Good communication. Boxes came prior to my move. Boxes were easily transported to my new place and easily assembled. Quality is amazing, color is beautiful. I love my new love seat and ottoman. Run don't walk, you will love it!!!

Excellent communication from start to finish. The process was easy, ordered online, complete and free delivery with in 4 days. As a 68yr old woman I was hesitant on assembly, ha! In 2.5 hours it was unboxed, put together and ready to sit on...4 piece sectional plus chair! The Pumpkin orange color is rich and soft, the quality, well, first look at the price you paid, the quality is what I expected. It sits a little lower to the ground, but I like that. Its comfy, the cushions are large and give the sofa a oversized look. I'm very happy overall. It met my expectations. A week after purchase I received a follow up message from the company asking for feedback, so here it is....hope this review helps you make a decision
