They provided me with updates and let me know they are experiencing delays. They are not a scam. My boyfriend is going to love the pick. They did not get the shoe colour correct however that is okay because I understand they are experiencing lots and lots of orders. thank you so much sarah for keeping me updated. Writing this review in hopes that I will get a reply… I’ve emailed 3 times in regards to an order I should of received weeks ago, and no reply… I bought this for a Xmas gift and it looks like I won’t be getting it before then!

Would not recommend! Emails are not being delivered and only received a reply after commenting on an Instagram post. Got an email stating there had been a software bug that wouldn’t allow them to open my images. Hadn’t heard anything from them prior to this to ask for the images resending. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t recommend. I tried multiple times to contact them about where the design was. I got no response until I commented on an Insta photo. The first design it’s self was nothing why I asked. Zero details in the face or clothes and the heads where so tiny it looked like a joke. Emailed them back saying not good enough asking for a revised version. Took way longer then the advised 48 hour time frame. Multiple follow ups again and finally got the design. It’s not great but I couldn’t be bothered waiting another 2 weeks to get it fixed. Not even worth the money or time. Clearly this is a rip off from another company.

Estimated time was 3-5 days, got it 3 weeks later Absolutely no response or emails back from the company. Missed major details such as the colours of the shirts, the names of the people were around the wrong way and no care has gone into the product. Was overcharged as well. Very unhappy, and looking for a refund but they have stopped responding to me completely. Poor behaviour and customer service skills.
