HUGE SCAM! Still haven’t received any information about my purchased made over a month ago, have emailed several times but no replies. Absolute waste of money!

Giving 4 stars as the wait and communication was a bit all over the place but overall I’m very happy with the result, all up it took almost 2 weeks to be sent to me so a bit longer then expected, I did start to think this was a scam at first but thankfully I received my order today! I can with certainty say that if you don’t mind waiting a little bit longer, you will eventually receive your order so there’s no need to worry about it being a scam! I’m more then happy with what I received, which I will use as my profile picture so others can see their work! Thankyou again Sarah 😍

Was a christmas gift for my partner & he absolutely loves it, I was communicating with Sarah and she was always so helpful & had no problem with changing things and making it look more like us :)) would 100% recommend, from new zealand

Did not even receive my product after many attempts to get in contact. Do not purchase from this company BIG SCAM

If I could give them no stars I would! I was very excited to put in an order, as I wanted to give my partner a unique Christmas present, but I have been waiting a month since placing my order and have sent 3 emails asking what is going on, and tried calling them too, but won’t go through. I am extremely disappointed about this and wouldn’t recommend them at all! Complete waste of money, and I will probably never get a refund for it either. I had to actually go and buy another gift for my partner’s Christmas present. Disgusted with their communication. And after reading a few more reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has had this experience with igottoned. 👎🏻

Took a bit longer than the 2-5 day suggested turnaround, I received my order about a week and a bit after I placed it. Emailed to see what was going on and I received my order within a day of emailing. It was exactly what I asked for, down to the specific clothing requests. It looks awesome and has made for a terrific gift. If you need to email, use the igottooned gmail account on here rather than the email address provided.
