I used this platform 11 times to date and will always continue to use it, plus recommend it to anyone! The savings I’ve received have been incredible, on the 9 hotels I’ve saved £1268 and also had 2flights but only saved about £20, but also appreciate this industry the margins are very small. when you flights day change nobody helps poor service no more

My United/Lufthansa flight to Toulouse, France on April 28th was cancelled by the airline so I had to go to the Booking Agency to receive a full reimbursement which occurred on June 24th. They said up front that it would take up to 60 business days to process the refund. This is because of the Covid-19 Pandemic an unusual event ,but they did come thru for the customer. This would be 5-star if the time frame could have been shorter.
