Our representative, Alan Huffman is always there to help us in the most professional manner. He is always positive and willing to work with us in all matters. Truly a joy to work with.

We've been partnering with Ignite Recruitment on a variety of our open requisitions and I'm pleased to say that we have multiple fills with quality candidates through Ignite. Specifically, my contact Mark M. takes the time to connect with the hiring managers to fully understand the needs of the role and screens the candidates to the specifications outlined by the hiring team. Mark always makes himself available (even though we have a time difference) I am assured in that I can make easy contact for any questions or concerns. I feel that Ignite is an extension to our talent acquisition efforts and would highly recommend.

It is always great working with Tom and team.

Working with Mark has been fantastic! He has supported our explosive growth with some of the most talented candidates in the market. His knowledge, processes and understanding of our business needs have made this challenging growth period a lot easier for us. I would highly recommend working with both Ignite and Mark as the service they provide has been amazing.

Ethan Elloitt was superb and helped me land the perfect next role. He helped me through the whole process and I was able to get an offer within 3 months. Highly recommend.

Ignite Recruitment is an outstanding place to work. If you are eager and self motivated join Ignite. I worked directly with Sonny, Chad, and Mark what a great team of guys. Highly professional! If you’re looking for a new challenge, join Ignite they will help you be successful.

Ignite has been an excellent partner for my company. We work with Mark Mulcahey, who has shown he is willing to do a great deal of work to both understand us as an organization and what we're looking for in our team. He's waited patiently while we have taken ages to respond, and gracefully adapted his workflow to match our own. There are so many recruiting agencies out there- I get approx. 2-5 cold emails per day- but none of them have matched up to Mark's stellar candidates and easy working relationship. We have hired many candidates from Ignite at this point, and I'm looking forward to continuing our fruitful relationship for a long time to come.

I feel that Austin did a great job at matching the company with the candidate. He has been very responsive throughout the process and an absolute pleasure to work with.
