It is a good pre but the flavor could be worked on with a few more options as well. It is a good pre but needs a little more of the for us factor gives me the energy but not the focus. My one thing to focus on would be taste and a few more options of flavor.

Kicks in in about 10/mins. No jitters. Wears off a little soon (maybe around 30-40 mins into the workout). Otherwise great product & with no crash at the end. Would be nice if it lasted longer, but possibly it’s just how my body metabolizes it. Otherwise, good stuff. 💪🏽🇺🇸

My order came in very quickly, which is always a plus. I got some BCAA’s to help recover faster since I usually workout in the morning, then do physical work for most of the day before going to practice or another workout. Immediately saw the results I was looking for and I will definitely recommend to others.

The pre-workout and post recovery protein supplement are LEGIT! I don't feel as fatigue and I get a good pump prior to my workouts.
