A couple of months ago I paid $110 AUD for a year of Adobe Creative Suite I think I accidentally deleted some emailed numbers etc they'd sent me .. I tried several times to ask for that info to be resent .. no reply. At some point I clicked on a button that said Support, and nothing happened. Not sure whether there was scamming as well as my error .. ..

I bought a Windows license from this company and never received the key. This is a scam — they take the money and don’t deliver what they promise. Avoid this site, they’re just cheating customers.

Made an order for an Adobe key on 2nd of March 2026. After not receiving it for2 days I opened a ticket on the 5th of March with my order details. They responded asking for the email of the order (it was the same as the one I used for the order and it was provided already). I responded immediately and from that day ownards they ghosted me. It seems like a scam website, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I purchased two Office 2021 Professional Plus key from IgniteKeys. Upon activation attempt, I received a 'Key Blocked' message from Microsoft. I contacted their support via email and received a response sending me to another site to try to activate the keys. Nothing! I have emailed several times over the past several days and get no response. I am at the point that I am thinking about a credit card chargeback as I did not receive what I paid for and have received no assistance on correcting the issue. Note: I purchased an Office 365 key as well that did work. But, Office 365 is easy to get keys for. ***Update to comments based on company response. I have contacted your support many times. We went back and forth for 4-5 days. There was never an acceptable offer from your company. Although I wanted a refund for the non working keys I would have taken happily new product keys to use. I had replaced the keys with ones from another site by the time I heard from your company. Your support was lacking.

I ordered a key over a week ago, and they sent it to me, but it isn't working. Then I told them it wasn't working and that there had been no updates. They just emailed me to send them photos again. Never again
