Recently I ordered a 6 month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. After about 24 hours I got an email that I was added to a group and I had access to the Adobe apps. However, the next day I had no more access to the apps. I again got an email from Adobe mentioning that I had to request authorities to my administrator. I filed a request even though I totally don't know who is administering this group. I got no answer and thus no approval. I meanwhile sent 3 emails tot the ignite support team but all of them were left unanswered. I guess I got scammed. I knew I was taking a risk but since the fee was not to high I took it. Should have know better...

They're fraud ! I have paid for a service on 20th June , They did not send me anything, I sent emails for the key they did not reply,just charged a big amount from my card and they disappeared. Please do not try to purchase with them they are scammers and fraud.
