Attempted to order a gift for Christmas Nov 27th. As of today, I haven't even gotten a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my bank same day. No order number, no anything but my money is gone. I'll be contacting my bank money and get my money back. Don't shop here - scammers!

I have placed my order on 4th November till date I don’t have any updates and the company doesn’t have a contact number. I send a email also but no response. They have charged my card also. I even checked my spam for email I didn’t find anything

I placed an order 30 days ago and I have not received my item yet, only response was an automated email to confirm the purchase, emailed several times and no response, I think this company is a scam

Have waited over 3 months for a $130 dollar piece of wall art to be shipped out. The Tracking information was never updated as they said it would be 2 months in. still says “waiting for shipment”. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times in the last 2 weeks to see if at this point we can just cancel the order and be refunded and have been ignored.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Read these reviews! I can’t give zero stars because it won’t let me but would if I could! Ordered a mug for a gift. Received a call from someone who did not speak English and was unable to communicate with me. I wrote an email requesting information on my order and explained that I could not understand the person who called me due to the language barrier and they had the same person call me back! I have supplied them with shipping address twice and this has still not been received!

If you are purchasing any clothing beware!!!!!! I purchased 2 leather Indian motorcycle jackets for my husband and I and the sizes are not true to size. The one I ordered for my husband was way too small for him, but it fits me ok. So now I have the smaller size one that doesn't fit either of us and I can't return it.

I placed my order January 29 and it has yet to ship! That was over two weeks ago! They gave a tracking number THAT DOES NOT WORK. And no one at this company knows how to answer emails.
