I was charged ₱899 by id-foto.co…
I was charged ₱899 by id-foto.co without realizing it was auto-renew. I deleted my account since they said in email when I am trying to contact them and requested a refund, but they haven’t responded after multiple emails. GCash won’t reverse the charge. Do not trust this website!!!! It's totally SCAM!

was just notified via SMS that ₱899 was deducted from my GCash account. When I checked, it was from “Hong Kong Vision World AI Limited.” I did not subscribe to any platform like that. I requested a refund from them, and I only received ₱449.50. I’m really hoping to get the remaining 50% of my payment back. I also don’t understand why GCash allowed this to happen. Please help me. I really need that money as I am still a student. Thank you. I need a full refund. ASAP i am just a student

Ignores refund requests
Does not refund. I have been writing them for the past few days and still no replies. I cancelled my account, but they still proceeded to charge me. This is a very dangerous practice. They appear to be doing this a lot to other users as well. This is the most dreaded thing that happens when subscribing to any service online. I should have read Trustpilot first before signing up for a trial. I may understand they might be busy so I am still waiting for that refund and would gladly change my review if they do it asap. Update 8/8/25: The gall of these people to reply only here in Trustpilot and make it look like they are professionals and make it appear we are not checking spam folders. Not once, until now, you replied to my emails in your support. And you still want me to email back to that after no responses. Your right, our opinions are important except to you as long as you take our money. People, don't even do the trials. They are a trap. Hope my opinion helps your company ifoto.

NEVER USE THIS AT ALL! This website is a scam. They will charge you 1pesos for trial but they did not say anything about the auto renewal. They charge without any informing you even about the trial period. They also don't reply to my complains about refund. I did not even use the service at all.

Low-key Scam - Don't Use This
Don't Use This! – Be Careful! Unfair Auto-Renewal Policy I subscribed to iFoto for a 7-day trial and paid ₱1 just to try their service. I only used it once during the trial period and didn’t know that the subscription would automatically renew after 7 days. Today, I was charged without warning, and when I asked for a refund, they said the service had already been used—even though I never used it after the trial. They claim they can't refund because they “incur third-party costs,” even if the renewal just happened and the service wasn’t accessed at all. This feels like a trap. They rely on users forgetting the trial so they can auto-renew and refuse refunds. Very disappointing and feels like a scam. Be very careful before signing up. Cancel immediately if you don’t plan to continue!

I need the money for something important
You charged PHP 1 on the first use, then suddenly charged me without my consent earlier. Even the professional sites do not charge people without their consent, even if it's a subscription. I needed that money for something important! Do you not have any conscience? Reply to my email and refund my money if you don't want me to report you to the ICC.

Please respond to my email request. I requesfor a refund, i didn't agree to anything of paying for subscription for 899. I thought it was just a one time payment. There was no agreement and no warning.
