SCAM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
SCAM! I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THE PLATFORM, NEVER SEEN IT IN MY SUBSCRIPTIONS DASHBOARD, NEVER EVEN REGISTERED AN ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE, YET MY FUNDS WERE SUDDENLY CHARGED FOR APPARENTLY BEING SUBSCRIBED TO THE APP. I REQUESTED FOR REFUND BUT NEVER EVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN REGARDLESS OF COUNTLESS FOLLOW UPS. EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

SCAM!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was surprised to receive an email notif for a charge for a subscription that I never signed up for, nor any email communication about it. I immediately sent an email for a refund request within 24 hours of the charge. Never received a response. I cancelled the subscription and got an email confirmation from the same email address on their contact info, I responded through there and received a generic email telling me that I will not be charged again since my subscription was cancelled, but never did it once addressed my concern directly about the refund request. I also tried their safe pay hub link but to no avail, as it only gives me an error message. I have been trying for days!!!!!!!!!! Same error, since the charge it has been over a week. Still no response and no help.

Scam
Do not engage on this app or on thier website. They autonatically charge me of 899. I did not try any of thier services and when i ask for a refund the CS of ifoto.ai is unresponsive.. totally a scam!!!

SCAM!
I was charged without realizing the cost after the trial, not using the service, and the refund was not given even according to their refund policy. CS was slow to response. Very disappointing. Are you not afraid of karma and sin from people you deceive?!
