I bought a few stuff here and the shipment is fast! A short skirt, some hats and sunglasses. Various type of design to choose! And of course the quality is good.

Placed an order on November 30th. The order didn't shipped until the 23 of Dec. This is unacceptable especially when buying luxury items. Today is December 28 and still dont have the item in hand. I'm extremely upset 😡

HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of pants and tried to return. They claimed that the "original" tags had been removed in fact all the tags were on as they came and the pants were unworn. There is no way to contact anyone on the phone it is email only. I asked to have management contact me a minimum of five time with no response. In addition the person emailing me would not give their name. All completely shady business practices. I have had to open a dispute with my credit card to try and get my money back as they have my pants already and are refusing to refund. I order online all the time. The customer service I have received from them is truly shockingly bad. This should stand as a warning to order anything from this company.

I ordered an item from them damaged and ripped. They accused me of damaging the item even though I contacted them the day it arrived. A guy named Sean called me and told me he would refund me and to send the item back but once I did they said it was outside their return window. So now they have the item AND the didn't refund me. This place is a SCAM. Buyer beware. Would NEVER buy from AGAIN!
