I wish I can give them a zero star. They try do everything to not do your work. But charge the money at the beginning. Never ever use this company

Extremely frustrating experience: Repeated document submissions, careless review, and no evaluation I had an extremely disappointing experience with IERF while trying to have my Iranian academic credentials evaluated. My biggest concern was the apparent lack of care and attention in reviewing my documents and previous correspondence. I submitted the requested documents multiple times, yet it often seemed that the materials I had already provided had not been carefully reviewed. I repeatedly received requests or questions about matters I had already addressed, forcing me to explain the same information over and over again. Instead of moving forward, the process became a frustrating cycle of resending documents, repeating explanations, and waiting for responses that did not adequately address my concerns. This caused significant delays, wasted a great deal of my time, and left me feeling extremely stressed and exhausted. After a prolonged and frustrating process, I felt I had no reasonable option but to withdraw my application and request the return of my original academic documents. I received only a partial refund and was left without the evaluation I had paid for. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I was subsequently able to obtain the course-by-course evaluation I needed from another credential evaluation agency using the academic documentation available to me. My concern is not simply that IERF has strict documentation requirements. It is the repeated failure to properly review the documents and explanations I had already submitted, the lack of effective communication, and the amount of time and stress this process caused without producing any evaluation. If you have academic credentials from Iran, I strongly recommend avoiding IERF. Based on my experience, the repeated requests, careless handling of documents, and prolonged process caused significant stress and wasted time without producing an evaluation. I ultimately had to withdraw my application and seek help from another agency. I would not recommend IERF to anyone seeking an evaluation of Iranian academic credentials.

Worst experience ever. The one thing this people know how to do is take your money and waste your time. It took over 3 months to get an evaluation back from IERF despite their promised turn-around time of 15 days. I did my undergrad in the UK, so mind you, all they had to do was look for equivalences that are available online. They didn't start the evaluation until I had sent them my original diploma, which is forever lost because they are asking for almost $100 dollars to ship it back. It's 2026, nowhere on the planet are you required to physically mail you original diploma for anything, especially after having your school send an independent course by course break down of my transcript. If you go over their website you will see that they charge a $20 dollar "photocopying fee" for each one of the 2 copies that you need to enclose. Good thing I sent 4. Also, in addition to the $200 "English to English" translation (sorry, evaluation), you need to pay an additional $10 for them to email the results to your employer. I wish I could give negative stars here. This company represents everything that is wrong with the world right now. Keep your money, go somewhere else.

Worst service. They are the worst evaluation service in this universe. Their document requirements keep changing. Negative stars for their service. Its not a service rather than series of emails with no knowledgeable person.

IERF provided adequate information on what to provide, received my original exam documents, asked a few reasonable follow-up questions (e.g. to send the first 10 pages of my PhD-thesis electronically), e-mailed the evaluation and shipped the original documents plus sealed evaluation by courier. Exactly as expected.

Never use this service! I spend two months sending them different documents, they instruction is changing every message. I just waste time and money. And finally, they stop answering me. Perfect result 👌

They did not take into account any information given to them when assessing the transcript. The responses received were short and to the point of unprofessional. We also did not receive a response after an inquiry into the details of the assessment.

Please, stay far far far away from this company!!! Absolute garbage and sham!
