I'm telling you that the best the best experience with an electronics store ever you'll be a fool not to shop with them.

To say that I was skeptical at first would be a huge understatement. How could I get an awesome TV for a huge saving. I must have googled these guys about a hundred different ways looking for any reason not believe the deal. After about a week I decided to take the risk. Well there was one hiccup. My TV actual was lost during shipment by the shipping company. But with one call to the sales team these guys were all over it and my TV was found and delivered without a blemish. I would have to say that the whole experience (minus the shipping company) went very smoothly. I have had the TV now for 4 months and could not be happier.

I ordered a Sony XBR-65X900B 65" TV on last Tuesday. It took one day to process the order and two days for white glove delivery to Maryland. iElectrica is outstanding in service and pricing. This will be our way of purchasing high end electronic systems from now on. The TV arrived in great condition, I can't be happier. I already refer to my co-workers about this company. I WROTE a review about the delivery being extremely slow, Well guess what looking at the TV and the price I got it at, it was well worth the wait the Samsung un75hu8550 is the greatest picture on a tv I have ever seen, they promised a great TV at a great price and that is exactly what I got, I couldn't be happier

I had a few questions about this TV on Ebay from iElectrica. It was a 84in. LG 9800. I called and talked to Joe. He was very polite and rather low key. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on an extended warranty . This was confirmed later on by an LG technician. The communication throughout the process was very good and I was updated regularly. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I only wish the delivery service had 2 men instead of one because it is heavy and came in a huge crate.

Processing quick and efficient, great price. My only complaint was when the delivery service came it was one man carrying a 176lb TV. I had stairs up to my doorway. He got it off the truck then he said "we dont do stairs" after an awkward pause of me just looking at him after he made that statement I said I can help you. So we both picked up the tv and took it inside my home. TV was heavy, Im a small person.
