Another happy customer
Shopping for a LG 65EF9500. Shopped the competition. My sale rep Sean was excellent. Ordered Monday, arrived in Colorado on Wednesday and delivered the next day. Extremely completive sales price. You can't go wrong with iElectrica. Very pleased. Try them yourself.

best price. no bait and switch. good advice. still have not recieved free HDMI cable.
Started to deal with other discounters. All bait and switch except Ielectrica. TV shipped next day. Arrived in less than a week.

Great price but watch out for "Free Shipping"
I found the best reputable dealer price for the Samsung 65" 4K TV with ielectrica. While their website indicates they generally ship in 24 hours, they did not in my case. I emailed them in the afternoon of the 2nd business day, but never received a response. I called on the 3rd day to see what the holdup was. I was told they could not ship until they got my approval on the $159 shipping insurance fee. I reluctantly agreed and they shipped that day. The product was received a week later in good condition. The free shipping is a gimmick as the "insurance" charge appears to be the cost of shipping, so the price is no where as competitive as it appears. In addition, I emailed their customer service on another matter and never received a response, so don't bother trying to communicate by email.

Very customer oriented. Everything delivered as promised and faster than expected. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had. I will be doing business with iElectrica again..
