I had a problem with the shipping. The label on the package came off, so FedEx wasn't able to deliver the TV. IElectrica got the shipping worked out and stayed in touch with me to make sure I received the TV.

Unfamiliar with them at first and skeptical; however, the online reviews were very good and being able to talk to a person on the phone is always a big plus. Purchase and delivery went as promised.

I ordered a TV from ielectrica and the service was great. They use a private shipper to deliver my TV and it was very quick. I bought a TV bundle and it was short a hdmi cable so I called them and explained I was short a cable and they sent me another cable within a couple of days. I was sincerely very scared because I never heard of the company but I saw many good reviews, but I still felt funny because review can always be created by anybody for show when I spoke to somebody at ielectrica, through 800 number, A live person picked up, I felt comfort and resurgsence in trust. they sent me a good new TV honorably and they were honest and good in their sales, I also purchased a 5 year warranty, I truly hope I can depend on the 5 year warranty that I purchased from them in the future, overall good company, humbly Tshering

After debating back and forth about whether I should buy a TV off ebay, I finally decided to pick up an LG 65 inch OLED from these guys based on the good reviews. The price alone was great, but with free shipping and no sales tax I figured what the hell. I was given a delivery time of 8 days and was amazed when I got a call from the delivery guy only 3 days later saying it was ready for delivery. Box arrived in better condition than any large box I've ever received from UPS. Driver was awesome and waited while I hooked everything up and tested it. The TV is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. All around fantastic experience and I will not hesitate to buy something from ielectrica again in the future.
