Bought a great Samsung 75" TV at a good price. Dealing with iElectrica was a pleasure. The shipping was free but the trucking company used was pretty much useless. From the point of sale to the delivery of the TV was 1 month. I got the runaround repeatedly from the trucking company with promises of when they would deliver - but no delivery as promised and no status update as to why. I had to get iElectrica involved and they tried but still took a month. It was a Christmas present that arrived a day before the new year.

Horrible initial experience. I emailed inquiring about the "free return" if necessary. I got two off point rude responses. All I needed was a yes or no answer. The answer I got was "there would be a 25% restocking fee and $350 shipping fee plus I was blocked from their site. Strange definition for a "free return". My wife bought the $2.2K Samsung TV. We were slightly disappointed in shipping time,over three weeks. However, delivery people were very good. They unpackaged and checked out the TV. The TV works great. Good purchase!

TV came in great condition. Looked up serial on manufacturers website and warranty was accepted. Happy customer.

Great price, bad delivery partner. IElectrica offers very competitive prices on latest model televisions. I got my Samsung at a great price and the tv is awesome. But what a hassle to get it. iElectrica partners with AM Trucking and they absolutely $uck!!! It took them more than 1 month to pick up my tv in California and deliver it to NYC. The list of excuses was endless and not worth listing. I noted some complaints to the same effect before purchasing but hoped I wouldn’t fall victim to the same treatment. So caveat emptor!! If you have the patience to put up with the delivery BS, you will (eventually) get a great tv at a great price.
