For starters they offer great pricing but even better customer service. UPS marked my order as undeliverable and IDUN customer service reached out to me and explained what was going on. Once I explained that my address was in fact accurate and UPS consistently flags my address as undeliverable, they contact UPS on their end for me and assured me of a Monday delivery. Sure enough Monday evening when I returned from work the package was waiting on my front steps. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Then secondly, I appreciate their transparency. The order came with a physical copy of the CoA. The vials have both the batch number and a QR code, the scan code pulls up the third party website to verify and cross reference the CoA. I used AI to verify the CoA against the testing company's databases for any inconsistencies, such as the modifications or edits that I've seen on other companies websites, and everything checked out. I have ordered from other suppliers with no issues, but they have all lacked the transparency that IDUN provides you and the pricing is hard to beat as well if you want quality and verified products.

I’m not a bot just trying to help people out I’ve only found one website with cheaper peps and that site had expensive shipping so overall I’ve found Idun to be the most affordable and the shipping has been 2-3 days after ordering.
